Traceability

We only buy coffee that we know where it is coming from, we like to see the journey that the coffee took from farm to exporter, to importer to us and then to you.

Fairness

We always want to know who is growing and producing our coffee and that they are compensated fairly financially and given the recognition they deserve.

Seasonality

You may notice that we don’t always have the same origins on our menu, this is because we try to buy our coffees seasonally, some origins only produce coffee one time per year.
