1. Stock Availability All orders are contingent upon stock availability. In the event that a product is out of stock, we will promptly issue a refund or an alternate product.

2. Fresh Roasts We take pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee, meaning that we will not ship you coffee with more than five days off roast date. However, as we roast in small batches, please allow a few days for shipping.

3. Cancellation Policy Once an order is placed, refunds for cancellations are only available if the roast process hasn't commenced, unless exceptional circumstances prevail.

4. Human Interaction To maintain fairness, the use of buy bots is strictly prohibited. All orders must be manually processed by humans.

5. Intellectual Property Any reproduction or reuse of content from our website requires explicit consent from Yvonne Spresny or von&vonnie.

6. Service Integrity We uphold the integrity of our services and website. Spamming, hacking, or any malicious disruption is strictly prohibited.

7. Authorized Resellers We do not accept liability for purchases made from unauthorized resellers. The only authorized platform for von&vonnie products is vonandvonnie.com.

8. Termination Policy Violation of our terms of agreement will result in the immediate termination of your order.

9. Privacy Policy All purchases are processed through the Squarespace platform, and privacy data will be handled in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

10. Shipping Days As we are a small team we only offer shipping on Mondays, Fridays.
