Lotus Coffee Brew Water Kit

Water plays a huge role in the way our coffee tastes and the mineral composition of water can make or break a coffee. By playing with different water recipes we modulate flavour, Lotus allows us to not only change the total mineral composition or the gH/kH ratio but also allows us to make up the mineral composition of those.
kH (Carbonate Hardness) Refers to the alkalinity of the water; which allows us to modulate the acidity of the coffee, this alkalinity acts as a buffer to acidity, as a rule you can think more alkalinity ~ less acidity and vice versa. In Lotus we can adjust this with Sodium Bicarbonate and Potassium Bicarbonate
gH (General Hardness) is presence of metallic ions within the brewing water, which we can change with Magnesium Chloride and Calcium Chloride in our kit.
This kit can mineralise up to 190L of water at 105ppm
