SIBARIST FAST PAPERS

We tend to get a bit nerdy about our filter papers at von&vonnie. They play a huge role in every brew, and choosing the right paper can make all the difference when it comes to unlocking a coffee’s full potential. SIBARIST are widely recognised for pushing the boundaries of coffee filtration, with their papers used by specialty coffee enthusiasts and competition brewers alike.

The FAST filter series is all about flow. Designed to allow water to pass through significantly faster than conventional filters, they open up new possibilities for extraction, allowing you to experiment with finer grind sizes and different pouring techniques while maintaining a clean, balanced cup.

We love FAST papers for the clarity, vibrant flavour separation and silky mouthfeel they bring to a brew. They let the character of each coffee shine through, highlighting delicate aromatics, bright acidity and complex flavour profiles.

As coffee enthusiasts, we spend countless hours experimenting with grinders, water temperature and pouring techniques, but the filter itself is often overlooked. Its permeability influences flow rate, contact time and ultimately what ends up in your cup.

We reach for FAST when we want a clean, bright and expressive cup. For anyone who loves experimenting with extraction and getting the most out of their coffee, these filters are a brilliant addition to any brewing setup
