With a great bouquet of florals and wide array of fruity notes with an incredible sweetness and vibrant profile.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the decaffeination process, a gentle chemical method using EA process is utilised to retain the inherent profile of the coffee. We believe that decaf coffees do not have to be a compromise, and this is an example of that.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAbout the processing: \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eCherries are hand-picked and then sun-dried on raised wooden beds for 3,5 weeks.
