This particular lot is made up of the coffee from Miguel Burbano, Pastor Ordoñez  and Damian Bolaños.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThis lot from MonKaaba’s Los Éxotico’s is one of three special coffees that we bought from the Mitaca crop. These lots compose of the exotic lots from producers that otherwise would not be able to sell these lots with traceability and would just enter specialty blends.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eIn the words of Damian Bolaños one of the producers giving coffee to these lots: \"The importance of these blends lies in providing a space for small lots like mine to enter the specialty coffee market with traceability, because these opportunities are not usually available when buying coffee in Colombia. So this gives us the chance to better support producers with high-quality lots that are only a few kilograms in size.\"\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\" style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAbout the processing:\u003c\/strong\u003e Cherries are collected every two weeks and are floated before being left to dry.
