With its exceptional deep bouquet of yellow tropical fruit notes along with incredible florals. This coffee shines with brightness typical of a Sidra. The lot is made up of Sidras from: Robinson Burbano, Favier Ortega, Benediicto Cassallas, Segundo Ceron, Alvaro Salamanca & Miguel Burbano.

This lot from MonKaaba’s Los Éxotico’s is one of three special coffees that we bought from the Mitaca crop. These lots compose of the exotic lots from producers that otherwise would not be able to sell these lots with traceability and would just enter specialty blends.

In the words of Damian Bolaños one of the producers giving coffee to these lots: "The importance of these blends lies in providing a space for small lots like mine to enter the specialty coffee market with traceability, because these opportunities are not usually available when buying coffee in Colombia. This gives us the chance to better support producers with high-quality lots that are only a few kilograms in size."

About the processing: Cherries are collected every two weeks and are floated before being left to dry. This coffee is a fully washed, process coffee.

About the Roast: For these exotic lots we wanted to really emphasise the complexity of them, so these coffees are roasted exceptionally light. Roast Level: Very Light
