These lots compose of the exotic lots from producers that otherwise would not be able to sell these lots with traceability and would just enter specialty blends.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eIn the words of Damian Bolaños one of the producers giving coffee to these lots: \"The importance of these blends lies in providing a space for small lots like mine to enter the specialty coffee market with traceability, because these opportunities are not usually available when buying coffee in Colombia.
